Attackers don’t wait for your next audit

Nemesis assesses your running systems with coordinated AI agents and proves what it finds. It checks every code change and watches the dark web for your credentials. That is continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), run as a service: one subscription, one portal, one weekly report.

What one subscription covers

  • Web applications
  • APIs
  • Network services
  • Cloud configuration
  • Code repositories
  • Dark-web exposure

One program covers your running systems, your code and your credentials. Engagement findings are re-proven independently before they are reported, and every result reaches your team with what to do next.

Every week
A written report covering all three areas
Every commit
Checked, with a suggested fix on each finding
Every day
The dark web checked for your credentials

One program, three areas

What you run, what you ship,
what has leaked

Attackers get in through a running system, a change in the code or a credential that leaked. One subscription covers all three, in one client portal and one weekly report.

  • What you run

    Running systems

Coordinated AI agents assess your live surface and prove what each weakness allows.

Agents work across your web applications, APIs, network services and cloud configuration, all year, inside the scope you authorize in writing. Every engagement finding is proven, then re-proven independently, before it reaches your weekly report.

  • What you ship

    Code

Every commit checked and pull requests reviewed before they merge.

Rule-based checks run on every commit, and an AI review reads pull requests and follows each change through the rest of your codebase. Findings land on the pull request with a suggested fix, and only issues the change introduces can hold it.

  • What has leaked

    Credentials

Leaked accounts, exposed passwords and mentions of your company, checked every day.

Every day we check for leaked accounts under your domains, your customers’ included, your key accounts and their passwords, across 15+ dark-web forums and marketplaces. Each match becomes an alert in your portal with the steps to contain it.

All three are included in one annual subscription.

Continuous threat exposure management

The CTEM loop,
run for you as a service

CTEM is the practice of managing exposure as a loop instead of a yearly event. Nemesis runs its five stages for you, across your running systems, your code and your credentials.

  1. Scope

We agree the scope and written authorization with you, you connect your repositories, and you tell us which domains, accounts and names to watch.

  2. Discover

Agents map your reachable surface, every commit and pull request is checked, and the dark web is watched for your identifiers every day.

  3. Prioritize

Engagement findings are ranked by impact and attack paths, not raw counts. Only new code issues can hold a pull request. Exposure alerts carry a severity.

  4. Validate

Engagement findings are re-proven independently before reporting. Unproven leads are held back. Code findings can be proven on the running application. Alerts show where data appeared.

  5. Mobilize

A written report every week, evidence and remediation on each finding, suggested fixes in the pull request and exposure alerts in your portal.

Then the loop runs again.

How the loop runs

Running systems

One engagement,
many specialists

  • Mapped first

Every engagement starts by mapping what is actually reachable.

  • Worked in phases

Coordinated agents move from the surface inward, phase by phase.

  • Focused where it counts

Effort concentrates on the highest-value paths, not busywork.

A team of agents, working together

Nemesis coordinates specialist agents across a single engagement, each handing its results to the next so the whole picture builds as it goes.

Find what is exposed and reachable within the scope you agree to.

Test the surface methodically for real, reachable weaknesses.

Confirm what a weakness actually allows, with a safe proof.

Turn everything into clear findings and an evidence-backed report.

One portal

Every result,
in one connected view

  • Findings, ranked

Findings ordered by real impact, not raw counts.

  • Paths, not dots

See how separate weaknesses chain into a real attack path.

  • All three areas

Engagement findings, code findings and dark-web exposures, in the same portal.

From findings to the whole story

Nemesis connects every result into one picture, so you can see not just what was found but how it fits together and what it puts at risk.

A ranked list of what was found, each one carrying its evidence.

Trace how findings connect into a path an attacker could take.

See what each path actually reaches and puts at risk.

Signal, not noise

A lead is not a finding
until it is proven

  • Every claim checked

No engagement finding is reported until it has been re-proven.

  • Evidence attached

Each verified finding carries the proof behind it.

  • Leads stay out

Unproven leads never reach your report as findings.

Proof you can act on

Before an engagement finding reaches your report, Nemesis proves it, re-proves it independently and attaches the evidence. A finding in your code can be proven the same way, on your running application.

Why continuous

The depth of an assessment,
delivered every week

What you run, what you ship and what has leaked change all year. The usual ways of checking them each leave a gap.

Yearly audits
Deep, but a snapshot. Whatever changes afterwards waits for the next one.
Scanners
Frequent, but unsorted. Your team still has to work out which alerts are real.
Separate tools
Usually one area per tool. Linking a code issue to what it allows on a running system is left to your team.

How it compares

Nemesis keeps going all year across your running systems, your code and your credentials, and proves its engagement findings before it reports them.

  • What it covers

    Traditional assessment
The systems in scope, at one point in time
    Automated scanner
    Usually one area per tool
    Nemesis
Running systems, code and credentials, in one program
  • How you buy it

    Traditional assessment
    Per engagement, quoted each time
    Automated scanner
A tool license your team runs
    Nemesis
One annual subscription for all three areas, in two published plans, with larger scope quoted
  • Time to results

    Traditional assessment
Weeks, from scoping to the final report
    Automated scanner
    Minutes, as raw output
    Nemesis
Every week, in a written report
  • How often

    Traditional assessment
    Once or twice a year
    Automated scanner
    Whenever someone runs it
    Nemesis
    Continuously, all year
  • Your code

    Traditional assessment
Reviewed when it is in scope, at one point in time
    Automated scanner
Rule matches on every commit, existing debt included
    Nemesis
Every commit checked and pull requests reviewed, holding only new issues
  • False positives

    Traditional assessment
    Checked manually
    Automated scanner
Many, and left for you to check
    Nemesis
Engagement findings re-proven before they are reported
  • What you get

    Traditional assessment
    A static document
    Automated scanner
    A list of alerts
    Nemesis
Verified findings with evidence, code findings with suggested fixes, exposure alerts and one weekly report
  • Proof

    Traditional assessment
Evidence from the tester who found it
    Automated scanner
    A pattern or version match
    Nemesis
Evidence on every engagement finding, confirmed by a separate verification step
  • Code and running systems

    Traditional assessment
Linked by hand, if at all
    Automated scanner
    Usually one or the other
    Nemesis
A finding in your code can be proven on the running application

Traditional assessments and scanners vary. This compares how each typically works.

Frequently asked questions

What teams ask
before they start

Every candidate finding from an engagement goes through an independent verification step that proves it again before it is reported. Nothing confirms its own result, and leads that cannot be proven never reach your report. A finding in your code can be proven the same way, on your running application.

How engagements run

A scanner flags what might be wrong and leaves your team to check it. Nemesis proves each engagement finding before reporting it, attaches the evidence and shows how weaknesses chain into attack paths. In your code, it reviews your pull requests and can prove a finding on your running application.

CTEM stands for continuous threat exposure management: a five-stage loop of scope, discover, prioritize, validate and mobilize. Nemesis runs that loop for you as a service, across your running systems, your code and your credentials, with a written report every week.

How the loop runs

Your running systems: web applications, APIs, network services and cloud configuration, within the scope you authorize. Your code: every commit and pull request in the repositories you connect. Your credentials: leaked accounts under your domains, your customers’ included, exposed passwords and mentions of your company, checked every day.

Yes. Essential and Standard both cover all three areas. They differ in size.

One annual subscription, in two plans that both cover all three areas. Essential is EUR 7,000 and Standard is EUR 15,000, each per year, excluding VAT. Extras and custom plans are quoted: more domains, subdomains, repositories, AI reviews or accounts.

See the plans

AI reviews pause until the next month. Rule-based checks still run on every commit, and there are no automatic extra charges.

Only if you want it to. For each severity you choose whether a finding warns, holds the pull request for a named sign-off or blocks it. Only issues a change introduces count, so existing debt never blocks a pull request.

How code monitoring works

Work starts only after you give explicit written authorization, and it runs only inside the scope agreed with you. An operator supervises every engagement, and it can be stopped at any time. If you need testing paused, for a release or any other reason, ask and we will stop it.

Trust and security

Yes. You set the testing window, and we pause on request.

Your data is kept isolated from every other client, and findings and reports are delivered through an authenticated client portal scoped to your organization. Source code is checked in a temporary workspace that is destroyed when the check ends. It is never stored, only the findings are.

Trust and security

Yes. We answer your security questionnaire in writing, and every client can sign our data processing agreement.

Trust and security

One written report covering all three areas: what was assessed and proven, new issues in your code and new dark-web exposures, with what to do next. Every verified finding carries its evidence, severity, impact and remediation guidance.
